The ASTM-F792-17 RT Step Wedge is made of ASTM No. 1100 Aluminum or equivalent and is 6" long, consisting of 5 one-inch steps with five copper wires with plastic insulation, and are 24, 27, 30, 33 and 36 AWG (American Wire Gage) in diameter.

The ASTM-F792-17 RT Step Wedge is used to meet the needs for testing sophisticated X-ray systems and was developed to strictly comply with FAA and TSA requirements.
