X-Ray Interpretation Reference Guide

This guide is designed to assist the student with X-ray interpretation. It includes the identification of various Improvised Explosive Device (IED) components, such as batteries, initiators, explosives, and switches. It also includes the identification of prohibited items, such as knives, guns, cameras, cell phones, and liquids.

This guide contains over 200 X-ray images of many different threat types an X-ray operator can encounter at a checkpoint. All the images are X-ray correct and are true depictions of threat items.
